The good thing about Barrie this year is I doubt any team team will pay him more than 4

His price definitely came down.

I have an Instant Pot. Does that qualify?

I'd have to break up the rack to fit it in the pot?

- Carol Schram

Your insta pot should have a slow cooker setting. Just make sure there’s some liquid in the bottom, otherwise the ribs will dry out. You should be able to make a simple bbq sauce with ketchup, brown sugar, worchestsire (sp?) sauce and cider vinegar.

Also, there’s a membrane on the convex side of the rib rack that you have to remove before cooking.

Sources: The NBA is proposing to the NBPA that players take a 50 percent paycheck reduction beginning April 15. The NBPA has counter-proposed a 25 percent reduction of paychecks starting in mid-May.

It's easy, start to peel the membrane with a knife, your hands will slippery from handling the meat, so I grab the started portion with paper towel and it peels off really easily and in one strip usually.

Also, low & slow. Keep basting. I recommend a Zinfandel and not that pink garbage.
Try Windstorm Zinfandel from California. Under $20.

and hopefully genius benning dazzles another gm with these stats and goals per minute played. it's not like he's trading hall for larsen.

The Canucks don’t have a lot of youthful NHL talent, outside of Petey, Boeser, Hughes & to a lesser extent Virtanen & Gaudette, you don’t trade that to improve your defence. What you do is tweak your defence without giving anything up and teach a bottom five defensive team to play better defensively.

Do it before you do any cutting. Pick a corner to start with and use a paring knife to get it started. After that, slow continuous pressure. If you don’t get it all that’s fine, as long as enough is gone that it doesn’t trap the fat when it starts to render.

I love a good Zinfandel, but with ribs I’m going with Syrah every time.

I hear what you're saying and don't disagree. I'm only looking at trades for a player in the same age range. Basically an RFA age range player. I'm open to exploring the market.
There are a couple benefits: 1) you find a good trade and pull the trigger; or 2) you let JV know that the time for inconsistency is over. Take your game and career seriously.
I agree that the team's overall defensive game has to improve. Obviously the coaching staff (top to bottom) has to be looked at.

Fine. I don't know why you need to be so confrontational about it. I find a Syrah a little overwhelming for pork.

I like Zinfandel, but the dryer varieties.

I watched a wine show a while back, a really hot sommelier said real men drink Rose, so I gave it a try, there are some fantastic dry, flavourful dry Rose out there.

Our resident wine experts (Cuban, Vintsy) might have more insight on the subject.

Benning doesn’t have a great player for player trade track record, that frightens me.

I just seen where second round pick (52 OA) will not be signing with Carolina and will become a free agent Aug 15 .

He played for Michigan Wolverines and is ex team mate of Hughes and Lockwood. He is Luke Martin a 6'2 RHD and that is all I know about him.

I'm not opposed to a good rose, Mrs. Marwood and I pound them back all summer. The ones from Provence are fantastic. It's that "blush" poope that Brittany, Lexus and Mercedes all love.
