Doctors would have to prescribe it.

So anyone who died from it should ultimately blame their doctor, not the Donald.

Governor Noem announced statewide tests on 2000 people and that they will administer it to health care workers.

One flew east.
One flew west.
One flew over the cuckoos nest.
