Last time I was in California, I actually dragged the kids to the Bigfoot Discovery Museum:
https://www.bigfootdiscoveryproject.com/
Holy frank, what a crushing disappointment. It was actually worse than the pathetic website I've linked above.
Few faded newspaper clippings, a continuous loop of the Paterson-Gimlin film on a 40 year old picture tube TV, and various crappy souvenirs of bigfoot memorabilia from various small towns in the Pacific Northwest.
Yeah, I'm into Bigfoot that much. - Atomic Wedgie

I don’t necessarily agree with it but I don’t think it’s worth getting your panties in a twist over it.
It’s an extremely sterile environment, 1 on 1, long appointments meaning you see very few customers a day but still have large cash flow.
I wouldn’t put it in phase 1 but I see reasons for it to get the economy going. I don’t think it falls under the crazy train.
I think it’s important to realize once we enter phase 1 we are doing it to help mitigate economic damages while still maintaining the virus. We will be looking at businesses that can be opened that have minimal contact with large amounts of people.
A hairdresser will see 15-20 people a day. A tattoo artist will see 1-3.
Which would you prefer to be opened up first to help keep the economy going? - Santo_44
Santo, thanks for your interest but I don’t wear panties. I don’t intend to visit Georgia in the near future so I’m okay but the reaction to this announcement from mayors, restaurant owners, hair salon owners, faith leaders and any pretty much the entire scientific community that doesn’t answer to Trump has been negative.

There's a fantastic bit of scienmatific speculation going on here:
https://bigfootforums.com...ic/72918-covid-19-and-bf/
One for the "Rank Speculation" file, but I can't help thinking about what the implications might be for BF populations in the face of a global, viral pandemic like the one gathering steam. I've long believed that the NA BF population took a hit when the Europeans landed in the New World, like the Native populations did as well. (The scope of that is something archaeologists and anthropologist have only recently begun to appreciate) The virus du jour now winding its way through the world's population? Who knows, but if this one proves especially virulent to the BF community, we may get our type specimen sooner rather than later. BOLO people! - Atomic Wedgie
WOW...just WOW.
I had to force myself to stop reading. It just kept sucking me in post by post.
Still my mind can't make sense of what I was reading or why I was enjoying it...the very fabric of my own reality started to unwind and a new one was being created. (I had a lot of BF paraphernalia on the walls in the new reality.) |

I’m not saying now is the right time to do it. I think it’s way too early for the states they are the worst hit country in the world.
I’m just saying we aren’t too far off from
deciding on some businesses to re open and we have to look at certain businesses that limit risk.
Tattoo places have a strong argument to be one of the earlier ones. - Santo_44
on the list of business having a strong argument to be one of the earliest ones to re-open, tattoo places should be around place #123561.
several EU countries are (discussing) 'semi-reopening' now but that will simply mean that in 4-6 weeks from now, they'll all be back to where they were 4-6 weeks ago (limiting IC-capacity). |

I think it's beautiful that Ek has allowed Hockeybuzz to be at the forefront of COVID-19 testing.
It's a simple test:
Do you think that Eichel is better than Matthews?
If your answer is Eichel, you are obviously hallucinating. Go into quarantine for 14 days. |

You'd be surprised about how much crap the HHOF collects.

Scientific American wrote an article on what may be the most self evident thing about covid. Liquor stores are essential businesses because the pandemic does not need thousands of alcoholics running into emergency wards with DTs or having just gotten into the car coolant of the Subaru.

False. Liquor stores are required to keep the sheeple in a perpetual stupor so that they don't get woke and realize that Covid is a hoax and the government is using it as a ploy to destroy the economy, take away our freedom, and turn us into subjugated automatons that unknowingly support the democrat-led elite to bring on the age of socialist fascism
There's plenty of youtube videos about it, look it up (scientific american is biased) |

In Canada they were labelled an essential service a few years back.
I wish they would label home depot essential, the online ordering just isnt fun.

I'm trying to figure out if I want to go through the trouble of doing a skim coat vs a high build primer before our paint job... but without actually being able to visit the store and load up a buggy with a bunch of tools I'll only use once, I'm finding the motivation to botch the job myself is quite low. |

I’ve been listening with great interest to you and AA discuss wilderness trips. I am curious to know if snakes are an issue in Ontario.
Bears, wolves and coyotes I can deal with. But snakes scare the bejeezus out of me. |
