Miller will fit that role. |

Frank Kmet was a groomsman at one of my younger cousin's wedding. He played HS football with her husband.
I thought you played with Frank from from a previous conversation. - Elbows15
I didn’t really play with him so much. He was a senior when I was a freshman, and we had some joint practices in summer before the season started. Varsity won 5A State Championship that year.
We only won 1 game |

Cole went to the HS my brothers and I attended. Four nieces and nephews have attended as well. Cole's brother is a friend of my nephew. Good family from what I hear. Hopefully he's not another Shaheen. |

Knet played against real competition. Shaheen was basically playing against HS players at Ashland. |

My brother was more of a baseball/basketball guy. Didn’t play football, but most of his best friends were on the team. |

My favorite memory is when Daze and Sullivan both got hat tricks in the same game. - waitforawhistle
I was at that game. Hawks beat Boston 8-6 if I recall correctly. Fun game and, I think, it was on my birthday too! |

Yes I agree with all you said. And there is a few good things about some things he is behind like that pedophile Island and the sex trafficking. A wall is not a solution but curbing most immigration and I have some issues with safe havens. Yet Biden is bad news too. All politicians can be found guilty or making poor choices. The wealthy control economy and influence politicians. Always has been always will be. For those who think IO'Bama was good, there is several bad things - facts - so like i was saying...the wealthy want to control everything so they can keep getting filthy rich and the mass of people are controlled. There is a tie to different race of people than the caucasion founding fathers of our country. - jhawk59

I see a trend sign a player for a position, then draft a player for the position

Move up to draft a QB, then sign a QB two/three years later through free agency. Another Bowman fail. |

Positions of need, so it makes some sense. Let a rook learn from a vet, I guess |

Classic, i appreciate the move of getting Foles. I still think Trubs if he can become more decisive, which will make him more consistent could be a very good QB.
I also like, misses on White signs Robinson (he would of at that point had to sign White to a big contract)
Misses on Floyd, signs Quinn would've had to pay Floyd this year.
Might if missed on Mitch and now Foles is in camp.
Best GM the Bears have had since Halas |

I'm good with it, our red zone offense last year tallest threat was 6'2. We now have 2 big bodies at 6'6 who can catch

You must have forgot about Jim Finks. He built that 85 team and if they had a coach more interested in football than making money, they might have won more than won title. |

Finks gets an asterisk since Halas was very involved in all of it.

Finks and then Vainisi were calling the shots. Halas was the one who went around Finks to hire Ditka which caused Finks to quit.

Before Halas's death, Finks left after nearly a decade with the club. He had had run-ins with Halas in the last two years about who would control the selection of coaches and draft picks. Halas wanted Ditka to have a stronger say.
Finks left with no animosity. He retains a small percentage of club ownership and decided to leave football entirely.
