"Floating" the ideas that UV light and disinfectant "might" work is the sort of stuff spouted by this president that has no business being said in a briefing that is supposedly intended to provide accurate, up-to-date information on the status of the pandemic and what is actually being done to mitigate its effects and get people back to work.

And yes, I have watched and listened to the clips. You can watch them anywhere and the news reports HAVE accurately reported what was said.

It is a national disgrace.

I'm not defending what he says at all (and certainly not his delivery), but doesn't he have a number of doctors and scientists speak every day during the press conference?

And the big takeaway is that Trump is telling people to inject themselves with Lysol, which is not only a false conclusion, but lazy reporting. Both sides are guilty of shoddy reporting, and pushing narratives. It would be nice if we could simply get the facts out and call it a day.

GB, clearly in “win-now” mode having just made it to the NFC championship, already has one of the leagues best QBs(who isn’t going away anytime soon given the MASSIVE contract they just committed to him). They also have a glaring hole at WR.

So they TRADE UP to select a BACKUP QB....in one of the most loaded top-end WR heavy drafts in NFL history???

Major middle finger to the fans, let alone Rodgers. Telling them they’re basically quitting on the current team(passing on the glaringly obvious available help at WR that will surely all be gone by the time they pick again) and throwing in the towel on the chance to win a SB in the next 4 years(while Rodgers is under contract and before he hits 40 years old).

All for a guy who had 20 TDs and 17 INTs for UTAH STATE. As if they wouldn’t have been able to draft a QB at some point in the next few years anyways...

It’s truly one of the worst decisions ever made on draft day 1. The new GM should be fired. All fans should boycott the team and refuse to attend home games. Rodgers should publicly demand a trade and refuse to play until it happens.

He is simply posing the question of whether or not "something like a disinfectant" can be injected. You can't on one minute call him an idiotic buffoon, and the next take his words as though he is an expert. Again, lazy and inaccurate.

I personally think its a foolish idea, because (to the best of my knowledge) this has never been tried and the deployment would be a crapshoot at best. Again, I go back to my hope for factual reporting.
