The rushed vaccine for Covid-19 is what will cause the zombie apocalypse, Trump will rush it to win the election and by election day they'll be eating each other.

I look forward to Wolf Blitzer covering that live.

Anyone remember this fight? I don't. This is a great doc on it. Rick Ruffus claims kick boxing is superior to Muay Thai and challenges anyone to prove otherwise. One of the top fighters from Thailand takes the challenge but has to fight kick boxing rules almost entirely. It's a brutal fight.

So for anyone that didn't watch any of the NFL draft last night here were some of the major issues IMO.

Having everyone working remotely in the entertainment industry was weird. It wasn't like a studio with back and forth banter. Clear pauses to make sure the other guy was done, except for Michael Irvin. He was still a loudmouth and kept cutting everyone off.

GM's and coaches said trading was difficult, which is unsurprising if you need to call 3 or 4 people to get consensus. I imagine that dies down a little after the 1st round where the magnitude of the pick is less so maybe just the coach/GM making a decision. Different from hockey as many players are expected to contribute right away.

I enjoyed it, but my team had 3 picks in the first round and I've been waiting for this draft for a year. It certainly had less flow to it than normal, but also easily smashed previous ratings due to the democratic hoax.

4hrs for 1 round was painful & underwhelming imo.

I enjoyed it but it was nothing special.

Burning through the picks tonight. Considering what’s going on in the world I understand the challenges of putting it together, but I’m glad they did....enjoying it a lot.

I highly recommend it. It combines science and food and the author worked for America's Test Kitchen. He tries all variations of recipes to come up with the best way to do something. Hence, roasting potatoes in duck fat.

Way less theatrical after round 1 which like all drafts is just a ratings grab. They used to get 17 rounds done in 1 day.

Couldn’t teams set up their office at work to creat physical distance but still allow them to talk, and have multiple people making multiple calls? I imagine the board room at GM Place is large enough to have Benning, whoever is stepping in for Bracket, Rosebud and that other guy, plus a few other people.

Funnily enough, I’m actually drinking less now than I was when I was working.

I think part of it is demonstration for the audience as the US goes through the peak? I imagine NHL might have a different setup as things settle down.
