Left click on the vid select the embed code. Paste the embed code to your message.

Edit the horizontal and vertical size in the embed code to be no more than the low-mid 100's. Edit the values in proportion e.g. reduce the values by 50% each.

If your primary goal is to ensure not one person misuses or sits on duff one week too long you get much worse health outcomes.

Our work is offering reduced work week hours if we want, no questions asked, at a reduced wage of course. We could then claim a benefit for lost wages.

I considered this, because hey, free money. The truth is, I don't need to do this so I don't feel right about it.
