Sounds like someone wants to conduct a hockeybuzz poll. - dbot
Not at all. I don't need a poll to tell me how I feel
My point was I think most polls are full of sh1t and a waste of time
I just seen on Twitter another Canuck poll
LarchCast just asked the question " Who will be the first Canuck to score 30 goals ? Hoglander or Podkolzen? "
In 23 minutes 60 of our fine fans have answered. I didn't vote because I think it is a stupid question asked to stupid people . Sorry that is my opinion. This is what I mean about useless polls and useless results. |

So you are saying a poll on Benning in here wouldn't provide accurate results? |

Me neither. I hate Boeser with Horvat. That’s been done and it killed BB’s production.
BB on the first line or bust.
And that 3rd defence pairing. Yikes. |

Saw Benning saying Tryamkin is the last of their worries. Wants to know what next season cap will be(so he can get as close to max as possible) and his priorities are the clubs UFA's before he even thinks about the sniveling Russian man-child. |

All I’m saying is it was an opinion poll of Canuck fans and the number of responses is statistically relevant. All it says is a bit more than half of Canuck Fans are concerned that Benning has mismanaged the salary cap. I think that number is fairly well represented here. I think slightly more than half of the people who post here feel the same way?
The second question was about Green. The results suggest that the fan base in general supports Green as the coach. I think in here that number is much lower. There is a very vocal group and then those on the fence (like yourself). So the results might not mimic “our” sentiments in this one place exactly, but they are a gauge of the general feeling among the fan base. |

Didn’t he play his first year with Horvat and score 29? Although 1/3 of those were probably on the PP.
Edit: just looked it up....10 on the PP his first year. |

Looks like Jake has a big fan in Miller.
JT Miller tells @HalfordTSN @JasonBroughTSN that Jake Virtanen has a lot of great qualities - skating, shot, size - and Miller sees similarities in how he was when he was younger. But Miller says Virtanen is improving, figuring it out, and "breaking the seal" of what he can be |

It is saying that a lot of people that couldn't count to 10 even if you spotted them the first eight numbers , who have never spent one day in a NHL office think someone is doing a bad job.
180 of these scholars are now voting on who will score 30 first HOG or POD. Seriously?
The same people that were chanting one more year on Sedin retirement night are now the biggest complainers about Eriksson's contract. I remember the summer they signed him and they scored a goal in preseason , the announcer said Vancouver you are in for a treat.
Do you know how many times I even seen in here written down , sign Loui to play with the Twins.
Then you have the group that bring back Gillis and then blame Benning for a tight budget while Benning pays Gillis's 9 million dollar fine.
Anyone who wants to worry about the budget go ahead but then please STFU about bringing back Tanev at 6 mil. |

JT Miller: Think I was a good young player, but I wasn't playing consistently enough to make the roster of a playoff team. I had two coaches, in Torts and AV, who taught me a lot about having a high standard. AV, we bumped heads a lot, he sent me down 7,8 times in a two-year span
Miller (2): But he had a quote that stuck with me, think I missed a curfew, and he said "he's a good AHL player, and if he doesn't figure it out he'll be nothing more than that". And that stuck with me.
Miller (3): I had a good summer, came back in great shape, and my NHL career kinda started from there. I wanted to be a good NHL player and I remember that quote - it hit home and made a difference in my career #canucks
Sounds strangely familiar to Jake Virtanen. |

Not even close but good try . He said he is very interested in Tryamkin he wants to sign him but they are waiting to see what the cap is. He said he is fast for a player his size and is good in his own end and is good at transitioning the puck.

Hopefully JV realizes it like Miller did. Miller seems to have a few more IQ points than JV does though.... |

Sign top 6 Toffoli around market value and then replace him with Jake who has played 30 good games in his career.

I'll look for the story but clearly you are projecting your wishes. He clearly stated he was more worried about where the cap would end up and once he knew, the clubs UFA's were his priority. Even if he "is very interested in Tryamkin" he is the last of his things to do. Nice try though. |

Alain Vigneault has become a great NHL coach. Like most players who’ve evolved and gotten better so has he as a coach.
Miller’s blossomed as a 26 year old in the right situation, if he wasn’t the teams MVP this year he was surely second. |
