Good morning fellas...beautiful fresh morning out there with last night’s rain. Just took the dog out for a walk, contemplating what brand of truck to buy next over some great coffee.
Friday night I went fishing a bit and put my truck up for sale, to gauge interest, three emails before 9pm! Well be (frank)ed if the first guy who came by at 9am yesterday morning took it for a little test drive and handed me a $1000 deposit and said I’ll take it.

Decent article if you’re interested. People are hurting now but it ain’t nothing like the hurt coming our way.

I would say the Canucks are among the teams that may have warmed up to the June draft idea if it means following the proposed layout in Friday’s NHL memo. They would much rather give up a non-lottery 1st RD pick to NJ now than an unprotected 1st RD pick next year.

I wouldn’t expect them to be a lottery eligible team after this upcoming season.
If Benning can’t get this team into the playoffs after six seasons...

I thought the memo had them at 17th, which makes this years pick, a lottery pick.

I know, there's a couple of different viewpoints. Could use some clarification. I'm surprised some of the rocket scientists here haven't offered up their wisdom.

They are melting down about you as well. They really fall apart if you throw their poop back at them. It's pathetic. If anyone pushes back, it's the same. Swarm and then a campaign of making up lies and trolling for days.
Their fantasy is having their target go to the forums and throw their insults and personal attacks back at them so they can immediately flag you with an alt account and a mod ignorant to their routine will ban you.
Even worse is when you get swarmed by them in the forum, you get at least 3 Leafs and a couple of Habs fans joining in with their clique and attacking you. They really enjoy that since it's all too obvious that they only come to HB to antagonize Canucks fans. - boonerbuck
lol all good I have big shoulders. It took me awhile but I do understand now why Minivan and a few others would stop checking in or posting here...if you don't agree with the brainwashed narratives being pitched here daily you are ostracized lol. If anything, it's comical more than not. But I'm guilty too I like to poke the bear a bit. Be a pretty boring world if we all agreed on everything. But it is funny when alternatives to the narratives are proven and they swarm like Killer Bees to support each other. I see it at work everyday with the younger kids who believe in the new socialist and communist policies being pitched by our government every day

Don’t you dare validate Booners sobbing. You love poking the bear. You posted an image of Greta the other day unprovoked.
It’s just words on an anonymous hockey thread. And other than politics, everyone is pretty civil. Well, except for Lefty’s hockey opinion. For whatever reason it seems to upset people.
More clarification from Pierre, so we won't pick until the 3rd round this year if they go with this idea.

From the JT Miller trade with TB. Lightning then traded that pick to NJ for Blake Coleman. Condition on the pick is if Van misses the playoffs, pick goes to next year but unprotected. If June draft is a go, Van draft spot is among 16 playoff teams so non lottery pick for NJ

lol I like Booner's posts a lot...and yours as well.
I just wish you two would get along
As far as Lefty well...he's a draftist, there's no talking to 'those people'.
