Epoch is a funny case, being started by Chinese Americans. Have they no national pride? I can understand the desire for more transparency, or accountability, but it all seems over the top. I guess that is the nature of media these days.

American propaganda being passed off in China as pro democracy but as always when these American rags help rally up a coup, some dictator that answers to America steps in and the people are worse off. Look at Ukraine, Libya, Iraq, Iran who was once a democracy until America overthrew it... the list is endless really. They don't at all promote democracy... just a democracy narrative that the people wont ever experience.
