lol at the crying over Brackett

Benning is the one who overhauled how the scouts evaluate/rank prospects and he's the one who shuffled around the staff after the shambles Gillis left it in. And GM's have heavy influence in who's selected in round 1, it's the rest of the draft that the head scout has more influence over and Brackett's been mediocre in that regard.

First the argument was that Benning's drafting wasn't even good, and now suddenly Brackett is a drafting God since he's leaving and gets all the credit for good picks while Benning gets the blame for Juolevi and the other disappointments.

I havent been on social media at all since I deleted everything, but on this site, I see more people complaining about people whining about losing brackett than people actually whining about losing brackett. I dont think most people here give a sh*t if we lose him

I wonder if the people who want the season completed and have the playoffs are aware that the league will have to increase TV advertising to compensate for the loss of seat revenue, 5 mins of hockey followed by 3 min of ads, and what kind of ads are we going to see?

If the advertisers knew their target market it would be more like:
wine pairings, marijuana strains and 80s hair metal reissues.

I was worried for him, the mental health effects from being isolated is concerning to a large part of society, but no, he came back in a surly mood and probably drunk from self medicating.

Haha this all day! I kinda agree woth Codes though, not many on this board that care too much either way. Confusingly still wont give Benning credit, but nonetheless.

The US still has over a million active cases, with today being a light day, only 18,000 new cases. Not sure how they anticipate opening professional sports of any kind unless they just say screw it.

Just not Ontario or Quebec. Those two provinces are responsible for roughly 60k of the total 70k cases in Canada

Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg to host all 30 teams.
