That trade was a no brainer. Keane would never see NHL ice in the rangers org- behind Fox, Trouba, deangelo and probably Nils is very hard to pass on the depth chart. Gauthier, wether he ends being good or nothing much, was much more of a necessity, to get some younger wingers |

Agreed, I’d still do that trade. I think Gauthier will be a middle 6 guy down the road just needs some time. |
