I guess self isolation doesn’t apply to him.

They'd have to waive Morin first and risk losing him on waivers before they can send him down to the Phantoms. Imo, he would be claimed, and I don't want that to happen. Maybe start him on a conditioning assignment at the beginning of the year. I'm pulling for him, and rooting for him!
