Apparently, we will get a better idea this evening from Bettman.
I guess the are calling the 1st round of Play In as Return to Play not playoffs that enable the teams to fulfill their regular season TV contracts by getting the minimum number of games played.
So, now they won't have to issue refunds to those TV companies.
Two issues addressed there.

Those teams that lose the Play In Round qualify for the Lottery to bring it back to the 15 Team Lottery the have had for several years now.

IF THIS IS TRUE, then no team that plays for the SC can also win the Draft Lotto.
Kind of slick.

I haven't seen Lysol or Clorox wipes at Wegmans in months. Months ! Thankfully, my office gave me a couple of them when all this sh!t started but that's going to run out. Hopefully, those companies are still hard at work, working 24/7 producing more. And forget Amazon - they've been out of them for a long-ass time. Hand sanitizer has become more readily available - finally. Forget the name brands though - all I've been seeing is a Joe-Blows Hand Sanitizer kind of thing, which is hard to trust.
