Gerbe, nobody knows.
However, IF the Draft Lotto is to be set for 6/26 as McKenzie stated last night, then no way the 8-15 teams will be included since Play isn't expected to begin until July 1st...although that isn't set yet either.
Point is, IF June 26th sets the Lotto, it is virtually impossible for those teams to be included since that Play In round wouldn't have been concluded by then.

So any team can move to first now ?

The first "round" is not the playoffs. It is the substitute/replacement for the final games of the regular season. There's no way the can finish off the regular season games in a normal way, this is their solution. It's not perfect, but it is what it is. Most likely, the teams which everyone is twitching about are gonna wind up just getting smacked right out of it, anyway. Things will sort themselves out.
The playoffs start when they're down to 16 teams.

As long we we pick top 9 we are fine. Might not get the guy you want the most but I think after 9 is the drop off.

There are always a few surprises up top too. Askarov and Sanderson going will help.
