Just because they know more about how their employees are functioning than the common fan, doesn't mean it's a quality product. They're poop and they know it. And they refuse to hire people that won't make their companies poop. And they won't hire people that say well maybe you shouldn't drop 150M into a (frank)ING BOAT.

She probably didn’t want to admit that the plan all along was to retool for the first two years of his tenure.

Like common our big UFA headliner the first season he was here was Benoit Pouliot. He was willing to let the chips fall where they may but I’m sure he was planning on picking top 10 that year and certainly didn’t do anything about it while we were on our way to securing Dahlin.

Then he’s forced to trade ROR and the headline of the trade are futures. Sure I think all of us at least though Sobotka would be a worthwhile bottom 6 player and Berglund could at least give a Mojo type performance as the 2C but anytime you trade a prominent roster player and the most important pieces of the haul are a prospect and first rounder that won’t contribute that year ? You aren’t competing that year.

Then on top of that he sat on his hands while the team won 10 straight games and didn’t try to add to the roster. The wheels fall off the bus and welcome to Buffalo Dylan Cozens.

This year was the first year I can buy that he actually tried to win and all moves indicated this offseason being the one to turn the franchises around, or at least I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Then he went and traded Scandella for Frolik and traded for Wayne Simmonds and completely botched the remaining of the season and made life more difficult this offseason.
