Not sure what sucks about Tampa, but the surrounding areas are pretty nice too. I go to Anna Maria Island a couple times a year. Love it there.

Mad about botts?

No veteran GM or veteran coach wants to touch the Sabres with a 10 ft pole. Last summer alone, any veteran coach if you like them or not. Didn’t even interview with the Sabres.

So hiring an assistant gm up and coming ..... bringing in “his coach” and “his guys” for another 2-3 years rebuild.

Sounds terrible. We did that twice already and failed.

Tim Murray’s plan didn’t get enough time.

And same goes to botts. He has cap space to work with. Let’s see what he does with it

Ristolainen: I'm not sure if I've ever played in a team with a winning culture, so I've never seen it either before or in Buffalo. In Finland I was in the same position, coaches and GM's fired every year, so I don't know what a winning culture is."
