YES !! I've been saying what you just said for a while now. Hate to say it, but I don't think it's feasible though. When the majority of people just won't do it anyway (because they're stupid), then there really isn't any use for fines. People just don't give an F.

I'll keep wearing a mask, as our son has underlying conditions, and we just CAN'T risk catching Covid-19. Most likely will be the 7 team lotto. Why else would the 7 non playoff teams agree to the 24 team playoff unless they are getting some benefit in this. Smaller lotto equals a big benefit.
