I've been enjoying my favourite pass time on the Cariboo's trophy trout lakes. Usually they are infested with retired Americans who spend the entire season up here. I've made some friends with a few but I am loving not having them follow me around on the water hoping I'll lead them to a big day.

I'm sure players would get home and enjoy days off with family if the game was in their hometown.
Visitors would be at a disadvantage in that respect.

No.
I’m saying all the proposed sites have teams that are playing in at least the 1st round of the playoffs.
So theoretically a team could have home ice advantage for the whole playoffs, or both teams could be in neutral cities.

You weren’t winning, you were tied with Northy in the playoffs, you don’t win for 1st place in the regular season. It’s Nuckers pool so I’m not sure what the tie-breaker is?

Are you serious? Jesus what a joke . It was 3 days in to the playoff round that was unfinished . Obviously the playoffs were not completed so you take it back to the standings at the end of the season.
