"We won't be in a position to use any of the Canadian cities as a hub city," without some sort of relaxation of the 14 day self-quarantine that's law in Canada, Bill Daly says.
Screw that. Just do it in USA. |

I've been enjoying my favourite pass time on the Cariboo's trophy trout lakes. Usually they are infested with retired Americans who spend the entire season up here. I've made some friends with a few but I am loving not having them follow me around on the water hoping I'll lead them to a big day. |

Yeah, i dunno.
I'm sure players would get home and enjoy days off with family if the game was in their hometown.
Visitors would be at a disadvantage in that respect.
It would be ideal if it was in a neutral site (and it might well be after the 1st round).

You are assuming Canucks would be one of the teams playing in Canada ? |

I think everyone is at a disadvantage playing in a pandemic. |

No.
I’m saying all the proposed sites have teams that are playing in at least the 1st round of the playoffs.
So theoretically a team could have home ice advantage for the whole playoffs, or both teams could be in neutral cities. |

I simply dont think that Canada should change it's 14 day isolation period for cross border travelers coming into Canada because of the NHL restart nor do I think they should make exceptions for sports professionals.

You weren’t winning, you were tied with Northy in the playoffs, you don’t win for 1st place in the regular season. It’s Nuckers pool so I’m not sure what the tie-breaker is?

Are you serious? Jesus what a joke . It was 3 days in to the playoff round that was unfinished . Obviously the playoffs were not completed so you take it back to the standings at the end of the season.
Never mind keep the money .I mean why donate the money to people that need food
while it could be used for green fees. |

I stand corrected, I just read the league rules and they’re discarding the playoffs, regular season will be applied as final standings....therefore you would be declared the winner!
——————————————————————————————
“I am in a Fantasy Hockey league - what’s going to happen?
All leagues will have the regular standings applied as final. Current matchups and all playoff matchups are discarded as they are not complete.
If your league is head-to-head format, the last/incomplete matchup is discarded as it was not completed.” |
