I'm completely projecting here, but from reading his quote in a Washington Post article, it doesn't really sound like the guy wanted to make much of it.

“I’m not interested in repercussions,” he said. “It’s unfortunate what happened. There was definitely a lapse in judgment. But she put the dog on the leash, and I don’t need to see anything else happen to her.”

And he's going to be a victim of this, too - his name is already been splashed all over the internet.

I mean, I agree with it in principle, but in practice, my dog is well-behaved, and I take her to parks where everyone does it.

As I stated earlier, I could have very easily been that woman in Central Park.

Well my dog is super behaved but he's only a year and half and about 85 pounds. He likes to jump and he can jump about five feet. He listen to everything I say except that jumping stuff so no public for him.
