It was about 120 pound rotweiller, them some mean dogs. I was happy to get out of there with my dogs and my life.
Thing attacked my wolfhound again about two weeks later. First time was a 380 vet bill, second time I got between them so no damage. That time they put it down. - bobbyisno1
I would’ve done it the first time for them.
But yeah, that’s a scary dog.
We always had Great Danes around when I was young, so big dogs don’t intimidate me much. I just don’t trust rotties/pitbulls.

That's a big boy, alright.
He gonna get much bigger? - GreatGigInTheSky
He's a big baby,85 pounds at the most. I had a 160 pound wolfhound. Now that was a monster. Lifespan on a wolfhound is heart breaking though. |

I wanted to get a Tibetan Mastiff until I saw the price tag. Settled on my Border Collie

I also used to be that way, go. The biggest dog going. My mother used to breed wolfhounds so I got both mine for free. They are one of the most loyal dogs going. |

So if I am doing the math correctly, the Stanley Cup may not be awarded until October.
Damn, the Habs just became favourites. |

That's cool, wolfhounds are great, my brother used to have a Kuvasz - that dog was loyal to a fault. |

No argument here on your first or third line!
That's why I love Labradors - if you want to go for a 10 km run, they are down.
If you want to go swimming, or hells to the yes, they are down.
Want to lie on the couch and eat cheese? They love that too. |

Not bad, gets his exercise in and is then king of down-time when he's tired out. Biggest issue is grooming, and ticks are really bad this year. Have to comb him for fifteen minutes after a walk on the property and even then can miss one.

Then you'd love my dog, first time I brought Him across the the river was last spring, and as you know my part of the river is eight feet deep and like I said it was spring.
For some reason he didn't want to be in the boat, he might have been 7 months at the time.
Bulldogs aren't. Swimmers, but out he went.
I could see the white on him at the bottom, no way I was jumping in 50 degree water.
He sat on the bottom for about 10 seconds then decided what was what, good thing it wasn't 20 seconds or I would have been in 50 degree water. |

Ha! Does he still swim?
18 months ago, New Year's Day. Took the dog to Cherry Beach dog park on Lake Ontario.
As soon as I let her in the gate, she bolts for the water. Like full on, my fur is on fire, running to the water. We played fetch for an hour.
Plenty of other dogs - mine was the only one swimming. One guy walks by, looks at me, shakes his head, chuckles and says, "Franking Labradors."
She finally quit, and we walked back to he car, as icicles formed on her fur. |

Please, everyone, stay safe out there:

Currently, there’s no evidence that having sex in the “doggy style” or “reverse cowgirl” positions can mitigate the risk of contracting COVID-19, which can travel as far as 13 feet. Other proposed COVID-avoiding measures include airing out rooms for at least 15 minutes after each steamy session, washing bed sheets at a temperature of at least 60 degrees a nd requiring call girls to wear face masks while working.

Yeah, but labs need exercise or else’s they get fat. Imo, they’re the best family dog. Seriously chill and loyal.
Border collies are insane.
Whippets/greyhounds are surprisingly great house pets. I might get one..

You kid, but this format is about as unfair as possible. If the Habs knock off the Pens - which wouldn't surprise me, they get the Flyers, while Leafs if they manage to get by Columbus get the Bruins. Bettman must have stayed up a few nights thinking up how to (frank) the Leafs.

Cool.
Now show me those numbers as a percentage of the overall population.
And, you know, when you say “per capita,” there’s many per capitas. It’s, like, per capita relative to what? But you can look at just about any category, and we’re really at the top, meaning positive on a per capita basis, too. They’ve done a great job. - Atomic Wedgie
30 blacks per million killed, 22 hispanics per million killed, 12 whites per million killed by police. From Washington Post database of every American (1014) shot and killed in the US updated to May 26, 2020

Can anyone explain the new draft lottery? A team ranked 8-15 can still pick 1st overall? Wouldn't a team potentially lose on purpose in the 1st rd of the playoffs? |
