Cops should get elite training then they should be able to protect us without guns and should be able to shoot someone in a certain spot so they are disarmed ..

Would they not save lives having more training then just shoot to kill?

Cops get good training, especially one's coming out from the military. But training to disarm means you are in close with that person, when that person is 5 10 feet away and is not listening to your orders makes things tougher, you only have seconds to make a decision, especially if they look like they are reaching or putting there hands were there not supposed too. I don’t condone what has happened. The Bad one's have made it very tough on the good one's. What is going on now just makes every race look bad.

Three, the racial component to one & not the other

If the issue was so important to Kaepernick, then why did he wait to start his silent protest until he got benched? And when he went back in as a starter he was 1-10 (2-6 the previous season.) Could have been blackballed, but perhaps teams thought that he lost his focus on football and his performance reflected that.
