And stupidly i took Gerbes word of mouth.

If they had hammers they should have been asked to disperse, and if they failed to do so then a warning shot fired.

I will say the police desperately need deescalation training. Ive noticed most are very bad at that.

We live in a dirty society, from the government down, stereotypes won't change unless people change them for themselves. People are dying and it is horrible, but what has happened in the past makes what's happening know predictable, it isn't right. But violence can scare anyone.

Were they social distancing ? Shouldn't they be "staying home" anyway ? There is a pandemic out there, in case everybody has forgotten.

Here's my take : If there's a quickly-spreading global pandemic happening right now, and there's protests and rioting going on at the same time, wouldn't you just stay the F home ? Especially if there's a risk of dying during the protests and rioting ? What is wrong with these people !?! JUST STAY HOME.
