Did I say more training will increase violent crime? I meant it's human nature that criminals who knew cops were unarmed, or even greatly restricted on when they could use their guns, would become bolder. Again this all went back to Gerbe's comment, to which it was replied that criminals would become bolder if cops were less armed.

It's actually a tweet from Ben Shapiro. He is not afraid to criticize the president, the left or the media. Not really some random person, but didn't state who posted it because some people will skip right over a post if it's made by someone they disagree with.
I think it's important to look at all views and why I consistently flip between CNN, FOX, MSNBC and CBSN. Need to get all sides of every story.

It's the only way. Media companies' sole purpose is to sell advertising for as much $$ per minute as they can. They do this by having big audiences. They get big audiences by pandering to one side or the other.

Yeah, if you hear or see something bad, you unfortunately have to go and find what was actually said or done. So many instances of things either taken out of context or only having half the story.
Newspapers can print something wrong in a big article and then bury the retraction in some corner in small print that half the readers will never see.
Denzel Washington said (back in December I believe) that it's no longer about getting the story right, it's about reporting the story first (paraphrasing from memory).

Cops should get elite training then they should be able to protect us without guns and should be able to shoot someone in a certain spot so they are disarmed ..

I used to like Ben and listened to him a lot. He’s ok but he has RINO tendencies and also he loves Nikki Haley and I think she is a phoney. I spent years doing exactly what you do but still couldn’t do it. For 8 years watching cnn and msnbc you would have thought Obama never was wrong. And when Mark Halperin was forced to apologize on air because he said Obama was acting like a d#*& I was done I knew that administration owned the media. And then when Fox spent a segment railing Obama’s tan suit I said see ya as well. Once in a while Tucker Carlson has a decent segment. Conservative Treehouse is my reading outlet now, in my opinion has what should be some award winning investigative journalism.
