We're not going to change the mountains of anecdotal evidence in our life that the majority of black people hate white people, and a fair share of white people are ashamed to be white because they've been told by their omniscient liberals arts professors that they are racists.

I'm a gen X person, so I don't know if you consider me old or not, but it's of no consequence. I've seen too much of America, and lived in enough other countries, to know America is decidedly and openly racist against white people. And if you don't believe that then why did Liz Warren pretend to not be white for years?
