Looters should be dealt with with rubber bullets and such.

Rioting, looting and burning the property of those same people that stand with you is a sure way for the cause to be lost.

but people standing in groups, doing peaceful protests do not need to be fired upon for no reason other that "Well it was curfew".

That's one of the biggest problems is the undereducated.


With that said, the best time to change for the better is now.
Institutional reform.
Governmental reform.
Education reform.
Societal reform.
