Is this verified? Body cam would have it. If it is that would show why he was kneeling on his head/neck area (to prevent spitting). His intent goes from murder to saving his life (liberals have been saying covid is a deadly disease for months and is a death sentence if you catch it. Good chance his lawyers will be able to swing a jury.

Well that will do it, instead of Police we will have civilians taking the law into there own hands. Won't be any more shootings with that.

It's concerning when the DA sets such a high bar for conviction when there may very well be complications. They used to riot when the justice was found lacking and people walked. Clearly they don't even wait for that anymore. Hopefully they won't feel the need to riot again.

Maybe if they paid the police officers more you could have a better pick from the crop instead of having to take whoever shows up. But instead let’s go the other way so the only people that will apply are the crap that couldn’t get a job somewhere else or the few they really want to do the job and don’t care about the pay. Same goes for teachers.

IF ( a big if because I have no idea where this poster was getting info from) he was spitting in his face, intentionally attempting to infect the cop with a deadly virus, one that you yourself has been saying the world would end from that would be the intent of kneeling on Floyd’s neck, to prevent him from spitting and infecting him. That’s what his lawyer would argue
