What do you mean irrelevant? Let's say his teammates did turn on him behind closed doors, how is that irrelevant? That would seem, I don't know, relevant. - PatC80
It's irrelevant because there's zero evidence of that.
And if this team did turn on Kadri for defending a teammate, they have bigger problems than just being soft, inconsistent, and defensively terrible. |

Marchand has never been suspended during the playoffs while Kadri has... twice. I've demonstrated that he is more disciplined.
Completely relevant.
Good argument by me. Weak retort by you. - mjones242
Suspended more often and more games so great job proving yourself wrong. |

If they did turn on him then he absolutely needed to be traded. |

It’s not an act, unfortunately. It’s multiple mental health issues. |

Yeah because the team hated Marleau so much they turned on Kadri for retaliating on DeBrusk.
Good conspiracy theory. Fits nicely with the other ones you believe. But as usual, zero evidence and zero truth. |

I won't pretend I know what happens behind closed doors, I'll leave that to you. You have the inside scoop on all things. Marleau was a cap dump. It should have been blatantly obvious even to someone like you.. Kadri's suspension changed everything against Boston. Instead of having Matthews and Nylander together, Nylander had to play out of position, Johnsson had to play above his skill level. It wouldn't surprise me if some teammates were pissed at Kadri |

You missed the point, big time. I wasn't talking about Marleau's cap hit or getting traded. I was talking about the play that got Kadri suspended. DeBrusk hit Marleau and Kadri saw him on the ice and went after DeBrusk immediately after the hit. Even Jim Hughson of all (frank)ing people said it wasn't as bad as what he did the year before. Kadri was sticking up for the oldest guy on the team and you want to speculate that the team turned on him for getting suspended for that? You're (frank)ing dreaming in technicolor. If those players turned on Kadri, after being up 3-2 going back to Toronto and blowing the series, this team has even bigger issues than first feared. |

Put it in perspective, say you had a job, and a co-worker slacked off or was always off or late and you had to do more work, you gonna be happy with that guy? |

Kadri wasn't slacking off. That was Nylander's job. Kadri played 2 games and had the same number of goals as Nylander did that series. They didn't show up in game 6 or game 7 (as a team) and you're going to speculate they just decided to get pissed off at Kadri for sticking up for Marleau? You've been reaching all night but at this point you've dislocated both your shoulders and elbows. |

Kadri was way more effective in games 6 and 7 then Nylander was. Can't get suspended when you're already suspended right? |
