Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to sign Ullmark as number one for 2.5 to 3 mil then bring in a backup for 4 to 5 mil

Ullmark won’t be in Buffalo period for 900,000. He will be anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 dependant on years signed.

Well if Jones is coming in there’s definitely a goalie going the other way and more than likely Hutton. Sharks like Hutton and I’d say he would be part of the deal. If Hertl is coming sharks want a defence and a top prospect. Risto and Cozens a good bet and it won’t be Tage or middlestat

2 years from UFA, he's a very challenging and important deal.

Maybe, it's to bad 2 of them didn't want to be here anymore and the other was forced out by the owners. And don't need to get older, just need more good hockey players.

With youth comes growing pains. Inexperience leads to inconsistency. They need to get older, they need professionals.. not just kids finding their way.

Dell made 1.9mill last year, maybe you get him for 1 yr 2.25mill. Greiss is coming of a 3.3mill a year deal, so he might be a little tricky but he would be a nice 1B.

If Ullmark gets 4 mil plus there won’t be any changes with goaltending period. Throw as many names as you want out there because the backup goalie won’t be and shouldn’t be the reason you make the playoffs. Hate to sound like a broken record but a backup goalie is usually expected to be 500 on most top teams. The pucks in Ullmarks court. Time for him to move up or move out.

I would call the Rangers and see what there thinking, rumor was that they were willing to move Georgiev at the deadline last year, but I believe that other kid the Russian got hurt. I would see if there are interested in moving Georgiev and what it might take.

Sorry but I just don’t see the urgency to sign a goalie when the biggest hole on the team is secondary scoring.
I’ll tell you if Botts thinks Jones is the answer we all should just give up.
