The entire problem with abusive and corrupt cops needs to be pointed out... not just parts of it. I mean, if we want to address the problem... - boonerbuck
Sure, but the current protests are about more than just shltty cops, they’re about how minorities, specifically Black people, are treated by society in general. It’s not just policing that needs to be reformed.

Yes, the media message is specifically about how one race is treated right now. A portion of the problem. That is my point... it needs to be addressed in it's entirety.
One thing most in common amongst the people abused by police, no matter what color they are is poverty. We can talk about a single portion of that or minimize and exclude the others and that will only turn people on each other rather than the issue.

The poor have a lot in common regardless of their colour...
It's widely debated who was the first to invent mathematics. Was it the Greeks? India? There is evidence that a measurement now called the megalithic yard was used in Europe and middle east/north Africa all the way back to the Neolithic Age and was used mathematically in ancient structures but one way or another, there has been math for thousands of years.

India invented zero. Without that I’d say math was incomplete before that. Imagine a world with no zero.

The US fills kids all Americana to a fault.
Here talk of black history is rumoured to be taught. Why? I agree start at home then proceed or make black history an elective.

I actually agree that a reform in policing is needed...but this defund the police movement is beyond stupidity. But not surprising considering the people who are supporting the narratives behind it. What do the People want? Private security firms doing the policing it would be ten times worse. Unreal.
