I'm not sure about non players and issues of faulty tests but I agree that the risks are probably not huge. but are there other things, maybe family unification situations or business opportunities, that could also be done safely that we are still saying no to. that's my only point.

It's a valid point, I am positive that there will be a lot of fans going to bars to watch games, so there is potential risk to the public. Will the players be allowed to go to bars or public places?
