The problem isn't the money spent, the problem is their effort and results with injecting themselves into the Hockey Ops side thinking they know more than everyone else and passing it off as they are interested in SC's...their actions say otherwise, yet they are so stubborn they can't see the first through the trees.
They are a dangerous ownership team to achieving a SC goal.

casey, like another guy who went to the khl, need to be stronger on and off the puck. looking forward to it.

He was more ready than DJ disgruntled who was also coming off an injury (surprise, surprise) imho. The above is just one possible move that could have bought Botterill the 1 point he needed to save his job. Could have signed Pominville after Sobotka got hurt. Could have done a lot of things to get the one extra OTL he needed to save his job. But he didn't

if we didn't have 5 RD on the roster Pilut would have spent more time with the big club, but not necessarily more NHL games

The sanitizing agents I am familiar with is recommended to kill Human Corona Viruses, yes. The efficacy of the process used to sanitize daily would be a question as well..but assuming the manufacturer is correct AND the process was effectively completed, Yes is the answer. However, during the day with people in the facility, theoretically the virus would decontaminate the facility and spread before the next cleaning cycle.

You may know that the latest info from CDC is the transmission of the virus via surfaces is much less than through aerosolized droplets spread from people talking, eating and drinking ... hence the comment about Utilization, which impacts complying with social distancing recommendations, and further exasperated by lack of masks as ways to reduce the spread.
