Yeah, it will. I just don't see them standing pat with this team. There seemed to be too many Ralph could do without and that both would like a shakeup in talent but we'll see. - GilPerreault11
Seems like there was a big disconnect between Botts and Ralph |

They promoted their analytics director and Adams said he’s going to lean on him for personnel decisions. Not good news for both 55, and 62 (actually probably good news for both because I can’t imagine they want to be here) - sbroads24
He's an assistant director to Crowe. Right? |

I believe so and Nightengale is high up in scouting now too.
Glad they’re approaching it this way |

New GM's make blockbuster trades to get players they want and rid the ones they don't. Adams and Ralph will make one blockbuster when trades start. Bank it!! - GilPerreault11
I heard trades are hard, and usually take 3-6 months to happen.

I traded in my Chevy for a Cadilac-ac-ac-ac-ac-ac.
Took almost no time. |

Crowe has been a pro scout in Buffalo the last 3 seasons and was promoted as director both amateur and pro scouting departments. Nightingale is still the head of analytics and is now assistant director of scouting under Crowe. So yeah, he's up there. Both fit Terreee's plan rather nicely. No need to pay both an assistant director of scouting and head of analytics.
Edit: as well as a director of both pro and amateur scouting |

I was just willing to concede the argument so that my overall point was the focus
Not which 4th line Center was better
Dude can’t get over Larsson being good now
At this point,
I’m not gonna bother to argue with ignorance - jdfitz77
It's amazing anyone ever argues with you.

Looks like they might be going towards scouts that do a little of everything, analytical-video-eye, atleast that is how Crowe learned. |

How anybody doesn't use the method above currently is mind boggling. |

I don’t hate this idea
But even if we got Bonino, I’d still look to snag a legit 2C
*and everyone knows by now how much i like Bonino
Let’s say we can get Bonino (idk the Preds will trade him though)
We could still go after another Bonino level center as well
I’ve come around a bit on the Henrique idea
Mostly bc I’ve always liked him as a player,
just don’t like his contract
But we could probably get him very cheap bc of that contract
Eichel
Henrique
Bonino
Larsson
That’s a pretty good center group
Allows Cozens & Mitts to shift to the wings for the next year at least - jdfitz77

But then was playing with Dahlin the last quarter or so of the season |

I have lowered expectations for next season, unless we get a top 3 pick - homiedclown
Lottery tonight is so bi-polar for buffalo - no fan base deserves It more to be lottery lucky than ours and no ownership deserves it less than the Pegulas, with the lives they’ve negatively affected. Maybe I’m a bit too dramatic, but I think it’s understandable |

Hoping Bettman is getting ready to run the Lottery. Now...and rerun it until he gets one of the last 2 results above. |

Those in charge of those two franchises have much more experience and more success (as well as failures to learn from) than the neophytes Terreee has. |

I know with there experience, but I am just thinking that Crowe has 6yrs of experience learning these aspects with what he has done with USH, hoping that carries over with who they add to there staff. |
