The qualifying round isnt the playoffs, and those teams that lose in that round should be in the lottery.

They don't need him there, they will sell out with expensive ticket prices and have TV deals no matter what same with Toronto. If they wanted to place him somewhere it would be in a big US sun market that needs a boost but I doubt it will be a fix.
