adams just promoted crowe as the director of both the amateur and pro scouting departments, a position that puts him in way over his head...perhaps director of player personnel which would oversee those departments as well the analytics department while also having a strong input into trades and free agent acquisitions...

to me it's a no-brainer having someone like that...then again, it might not be considered "leaner" and i'm not the owner...

as for krueger, i can't see him going anywhere...pegula's trust him too much

Dudley brought that hybrid system to Carolina, and it looks like the Sabres are moving more towards that. And for supposedly getting old, he supposedly scouted over 300 games the last couple years.

nyc was at ground zero with this when there was very little, if any, knowledge of the virus and they got smoked because of the influx of infected Europeans, population density as well as the density of diblasio and cuomo...those northeast states that got hit hard learned their lesson...

the difference between what happened in nyc and what's happening now is that nyc had no knowledge of the effects of the virus while the southern governors have no respect for the effects of the virus

Look at the rest of the world and see how nicely they have handled COVID-19 and now look at the US. Now look at who is the president of the US and how he bungled the handling of COVID-19 in this country. Now take a look at political party he is. Dakota Nebraska now has a 7% COVID-19 rate and the town made it mandatory to wear a mask in their government building. Their GOP Governor said that they could not make it mandatory to wear a mask in that gov building in order to make Trump look good. See how the current GOP are idiots?

Things I have read on his hybrid system in Carolina, all scouts were brought into discussions on prospects, player acquisition, even if those scouts didn't see said player in person they all watched video on said player or players before a decision was made.

Glad there is only 3,500 deaths in Florida, Thank God. But no City in Florida comes close to what New York looks like with the burrows, and the foreign travel. There was no way to stop it in time.
