I'm not saying it's tainted, but we've all seen how momentum and also a team's lack of momentum leading up to the playoffs can play a big role in how a team does in the playoffs. This year is completely different, as there is a 4+ month layoff, then a "training camp".

I honestly think all 24 teams have a real chance at the cup. A lot of teams may start out slow, and could be eliminated immediately. Unlike any other year, I see this year as a complete crapshoot.

The whole thing is a complete crapshoot now... Tampa was playing GREAT for a month plus.... I mean Boston, Tampa, Washington, Vegas, St. Louis could all be out in the first round. It's gonna be nuts.
