Meh. If they didn't learn from spring breaking, armed gatherings outside of statehouses, protest in the streets, rioting and going to political rallies.... then they deserve what happens to them this weekend.
Every country essential had a unified response with every level of government working together. The states had 51 plans to give partisan (frank) yous to the opposition and honestly, they can live (or die) with their decisions and not anyone elses problem |

Julien is the only voice of dissention in the organization. the idiot has to pretend to be all in. he thinks his job depends on it. Molson and bergevin hopes this goes in the only way that gives the organization a hope for a future. this is the most conflicted organization in the entire nhl. get lucky and win the 1st overall pick. lose the play-in and get the 9th overall pick. or shoot for the cup and be rewarded for a lousy season drafting like a top tier team. these are the choices. as a true and realistic habs fan, what do you think benefits the organization most? |

as long as you're sure the diet stays healthy (getting all the nutrients you need) and you feel good about it I guess it's not a bad idea to keep at it.
I'm sure getting the bike out of that box probably helped a little
also, everyone else you're doing the diet with is probably also continuing, which must help with motivation lol |

I remember one time my buddy told me he lost 10 lbs.
Then I saw his wife and I told him that I think I found it.. |

yes everyone is sticking with it although one person fell off and had to start all over again. it's like an alcoholics anonymous meeting or some poop.
i think the bike probably did help.
i never felt lethargic or any of the side effects but i won't go more than another week or so being this strict. then i will start reintroducing some carbs but still not many. i keep asking kickbro when i can just have one beer. but i believe the reintroducing part means a little fruit every now and then, not my sweet sweet guayabera pale ale. |

yeah perhaps there's a specific type of carb that's preferable to introduce at first, although it's so hard to keep up with all the different theories regarding nutrition and diet... for every research that comes up with a conclusion you can basically find another one contradicting it.
I say bottom line is whatever works for you, you go with it. |

still have a few pounds to go before you start being comfortable in those?
and 40 is a lot of (frank)ing t-shirts, so there's another motivation right there lol |
