Wrong. Pasta benefits from playing with 2 studs and a great team.

Also, I agree Matthews is a better player and is a center, so obviously I’d take him, but don’t discount what Pasta did because he ‘plays with good players’

Expected goals scored have more value then actual goals scored. It's a known fact. In the NHL that's what wins games..

I started watching in 1980. Leafs sucked and Bossy was the man. I always waited for the Leafs to draft a star. So I could watch them develop and become NHL greats. Only had Clark. Until Auston. I’m a huge Marner, Tavares (I lived in Mississauga and Oakville my whole life) fan. But I’ve been waiting for AM34 for a long time.
