Anyone see that expansion mock draft in The Athletic?

I think a lot is going to happen this year. I think Tryamkin will be signed soon but I think the big thing Benning is waiting for is the draft. He has a 50/50 chance of drafting from 9-15.

If by some fluke they do get lotto luck and win it then it immediately changes the need to re-sign Toffoli

I think if they are in the playoffs then Benning will move Boeser and go after NJ #10. That would also free up another 6 mil.

I think all moves are going to hinge on where Canucks draft so it is wait and see.
