I'd say going to the beach is not likely to be dangerous if you're healthy and under age 45. If you have underlying conditions or over 50 you might want to assess your own risk tolerance.

I’m no angel & have spouted off my yap on occasion. Never to an individuals face but that’s no excuse. I have met many ppl claiming racism & found them the worst ppl to be around. They don’t know what they talk about but sure are guns a blazing crying & exaggerating the truth. So all that comes of it is I walk away & have nothing to do with them. No time for miserable ppl who don’t help themselves 1st & have an axe to grind whether legit or not. I too have many friends & acquaintances from many ethnic origins. I luv the differences & like to hear & learn from them. My race is boring ppl if they were all I had 😂😂

Equality is equality, and that should be the goal. Do I witness discrimination every day? Yes, but it's not exclusive to any race or gender.

Agriculture via modern harvesting methods versus labor hasn't been implemented to a large extent at all in the US. The euros and japanese have a good handle on modern methods and use them. many machines are more efficient and cost effective than anything other than less than minimum wage virtual indentured labor these days... look at what the dutch and others have innovated in europe...

I don't want to open up the whole racism debate again, and I agree that people shouldn't use it when it's not actually happening and that people on a personal level can feel singled out due to the colour of their skin or culture.... but man, the level of system racism that this current wave is stemming from in America is pretty much a white person thing. That's not saying that all white people are racist, it's saying the institutions, history, mindsets and systems that white people have created and are being upheld are inherently not in favour of blacks and minorities.

Please, if you can, watch the "13th" documentary on Netflix, or read "White Fragility" or any other great book that deconstructs mindsets, or watch some YouTube videos about red lining and voter suppression and post-slavery forced-slavery in prisons.
