They handled this poop a lot better than we did, but then again many countries have. What has Alex Jones had to say?

LOL Imagine thinking the ridiculous crap you think on a regular basis. I don't know how your head doesn't always hurt.

So what are you? Right-leaning libertarian?

I’m more of a centrist than anything but it’s hysterical that you think the country responsible for this virus that suppressed info managed this well. Just shows how much of a pigeon you are.

Texas has already confirmed that positive antibodies results were included in positive numbers being reported. Hospitals are operating at the same capacity as normal. Death rates are at the same rates as normal. Masks are pointless. Allowing only small portions of the population to get the virus at once only ensures the virus will be around much longer than necessary.
- Feds91Stammer

Again, no doubt some of that going on too...but....infections are still on the rise. My only point. All of those articles say that hospitals are getting close to full capacity. Toss me a source on "same capacity as normal". I try to read as much media as possible, no matter their bias or political swing, and then make up my own mind.

Well in China they can shoot and kill you for leaving your house in a lockdown and its within their law. I've read stories of full apartment complexes there having their entrances wielded shut so its residents couldn't leave in lock down.

We certainly cant believe a thing they say either. I mean if I cant trust everything my own government says, or everything my neighbors to the south government says then Im sure as F not trusting much of what China says.

Your'e a centrist? That might actually be the most hysterical thing you've ever said on here. Do you ever think to yourself, "Man, I'm really crazy, aren't I?"

I love people like you who think listening to doctors and scientists makes you a sheep. Yeah man, let's be the "rebels" and not believe what the establishment is saying. (frank) those doctors and scientists with those years of education, experience, degrees and certifications. WTF do they know???

I read an article a week ago that referenced a hospital at 98% capacity that was 97% capacity this time last year. I can’t find it because I’m sure google doesn’t want me to. You will notice many articles you see don’t reference last years capacity. They don’t mention that there are ICU beds available and that hospitals have the ability to change floor plans to add beds. They don’t mention that 80% of those infected require no hospitalization.

Lol and what credible doctors are saying things contrary to me?

And yes I’m a centrist. The fact you think I’m a far right extremist shows how far left you are. It’s pretty sad.

I just don't think you understand the definition of what a centrist is; that's all. Then again I don't think you understand many things to begin with, so...

I think you hear contrarian views and think yeah, that's different, I'll believe that, and that makes you far more of a robot than people you think are pigeons.

I think its important to realize that a week ago isn't today, in terms of this virus and that the incubation period for the virus is up to two weeks. Meaning you may not show any symptoms for up to 2 weeks but are still contagious in this period of time. That when people get in really serious or critical condition its usually a week to two weeks after the first sign of symptoms. For a lot of the people that do end up in critical or serious condition they say it comes in waves, where they think they're getting better then wham, they're worse than ever.

Its true though, a vast majority that contract the virus will not need hospitalization. Like I said here the other day though, those %'s are low...but when you apply a low % to millions and billions of people, you still end up with a lot of very sick and dead people.

It’s the flu. It’s fine if you want to subject yourself to fear mongering. If you are at risk you have the freedom to stay home and avoid getting sick.

Im not fearful of it personally, and I realize the media amps poop up because fear sells, but I'm also respectful of it and of the members of our population that should be fearful of it, the ones that have a great chance of dying from it.

I know people in my city that had it. One family had 10 members very f'n sick from it all because they went to a funeral home with one infected person in it. That one infected person at the funeral home caused a 200 infection spike in my city. Just from one infected person.

You can be respectful to the high risk folks and also understand it’s their responsibility to take precautions for their own safety.

I agree to a degree but this poop is also crazy infectious and when you add to the fact that the incubation period is up to 14 days, but people are contagious during it, and that a lot of people have it and are asymptomatic, but are contagious, then it gets extremely difficult for precautions.

Keep up that fear mongering!

Of course there will be more positive results with more testing! They key is to focus on active cases and not total cases. And the death rate has been skewed severely since only those that were more vulnerable were being tested for a long time. So the only ones tested were the most likely to die.

I know several that have had it and it is not that damn bad unless you are elderly or have underlying health issues.

And oh no, 5 weeks away from their families? For millions of dollars... For a 5 billion dollar industry... At the peak of the war in Afghanistan we had roughly 100,000 troops in Afghanistan and the peak in Iraq was nearly 200,000 spending anywhere from 3 to 15 months away from their families. With the vast majority making less than 21k a year in base pay... And in a country that damn near everyone wants to kill them...

These guys are playing a game for millions. Cry me a damn river...

Bow down, serf! Keep wearing your mask in isolation with the sheeple. I'll go on living my life.

China literally welded doors shut on apartments with known covid patients inside. More so... They allowed air travel out of Wuhan to the world while restricting air travel to the rest of China.

These are facts.

Oh.... and they "disappeared" doctors who tried to warn the rest of the world. So...

This blog is too political for my taste.

Like it or not, sh*t is going down. NHL People are trying to do something. Everybody is a critic these days. Not gonna lie, would love to see some hockey. It is by far my favorite to watch and play. Wear a mask and keep your distance, peace.

There's gonna be 3 games per day in each hub...aka 15 hours of hockey a day hahaha. That's crazy. I'm starting to get a lil excited again now but August 1st in this current world is a long ways away yet...

As always the speculation will continue until the seasons either resume or get canceled. Some days it feels like momentum is heading towards the restart, and other days it sounds like the plans are crashing down. Putting the hub cities in Canada was smart and may ultimately make the difference, but it’s tough to get too excited about things when in the back of my mind I know things could get called off at any second.
