lListen, Kim' not a dumb waitress like a lot of people say. She's college educated. In saying that, she's way over her head in her role of President and should NEVER EVER be allowed to talk to the press.

I tend to believe that their naivete when it came to owning sports franchises led to shysters taking advantage of them. This is not to absolve them of anything either

- 6 coaches in 9 years
- 4 GM's in 9 years
- ROR wants out
- Won't pay the bonus, thus handcuffing the GM into making a less than desirable trade instead of actually making a trade that would make this hockey team better (that tells me they couldn't care less about winning)
- Larsson wants out
- Risto wouldn't have cared if he was traded
- They can no longer fill the arena in a hockey mad town
- There is no longer a waiting list for season tickets
- The arena is a dump
- Their family lifestyle, aka "Pegula Family Goals", is obviously more important than a winning franchise

You need to go back to the beginning. They really did take off the financial chains and went all in bolstering the scouting and development departments. I believe, without looking it up, the scouting dept had some 50 people in it at one point.

They also put Buffalo in the game when it came to going after the best FA's and hockey people on the market.

Harbor Center and the revitalization of downtown plus arena upgrades to give the players everything they might need
