wins 55% of face offs
.5 ppg player in recent years
plays pk on blues second unit
IMO could play second line center if cozens and casey are not ready, if one of them is ready, would be perfect with kahun, tage, casey, johansson, or whoever else they put out there - homiedclown
The exact same things were said about Berglund.
Don't settle. |

if the blues want to sign Pietrangelo, seems like trading Bozak is the perfect move for them to make
I would take him in a heartbeat for the middle 6 - homiedclown

I would be talking with all those top 5 teams, St Louis, Chicago, Arizona, Tampa, Toronto
Kinda pricey but would St.Louis move Tarasenko
Arizona move Dvorak or Keller
Chicago move Strome or Kubalik
Tampa move Point
Toronto who are they willing to move.
They are gonna have to move someone and it all won't just be scraps with the flat cap |

imo, of all those mentioned, Strome might be the only one available |

I concur, but they should be putting out to all those teams we are open for business. St.Louis was fantastic this year with out Tarasenko, we might get surprised. I think it will be tougher for teams to just dump players like it used to be, money is gonna be tight with what's going on. |

he is a winger though
bozak would be a stop gap for 1 year
we have a need for second and third line center
casey, cozens, pick 8 in 2020?
you would think those 3 will fill the slots long term |

Kerfoot and Johnsson will be available from Toronto, as they want to improve their defense. |

It won’t be that tight if they move 55 and find a taker for 21, even if it’s after this year.
Sign Jokiharju long term now. Dahlin probably would want to wait.
Edit- I completely misunderstood your post my bad |

I believe Tampa would ask for pick 8 this year and Cozens for Cirelli.
They would ask for that as the starting point, and more for Point. |

They need to move Ristolainen and Montour as neither are the solution to their top 2 RHD. |

agreed, pick 8 would definitely be in the mix...but i think cozens might be a little rich |

As much as I like Cirelli, I think we’re starting to over rate him at this point.
He’s excellent. His value right now isn’t two top 10 picks with a career high of 44 points and yet to score 20 goals. Just no way |

No worries boards, I think we get lucky this year and get a good talent with how the NHL Landscape looks. We just need to make sure these teams know we are open for business. |

They have zero reason to move Cirelli. They can and will find takers for some of their veterans despite the NTC and NMC that they have.
That's why they'd ask for a lot for him.
As Gerbe has said, the time to try and get Cirelli was before last offseason. |

we went over kerfoot a while back, what was the consensus trade structure between tor and buf? |

I agree no way.
My point is Tampa has no reason to move him, so they'd ask for a ton if somebody calls them on him. |

I would do Cozens and the 8th for Point, I would not for Cirelli. |

i wouldn't move both 8 and cozens...if they want 8 and mitts, fine, but i believe cozens is the future in that no. 2 spot so i'd just as well keep him and the pick |

It would have to involve either Ristolainen or Montour and it would likely be for Kerfoot or Johnsson as I can't imagine they'd move both together, unless they're trying to open up a bit of cap space for themselves while trying to improve their defense. |

No the time to get Cirelli was to draft him, but we traded that pick to Washington. We really screwed the pooch in that 2015 Draft |

Because I believe neither of Cirelli or Point are available without a massive overpayment, I'd rather keep the 8th overall and Cozens while searching for other options like Henrique, Backlund (Calgary), Kerfoot, and maybe even Monahan. |

that's an easy yes, in my book even though I like Kerfoot as more of a 3C |
