I make a bunch of omelette muffins for the kids to eat. Grease a muffin tin, throw in the toppings of your choice, bake in 350F oven until a toothpick comes out clean. Makes for a great protein boost on the go. My take on the Greek omelette? Sauté some spinach with garlic and red chili, louaniko sausage, crumbled, and feta. (BTW, pay the extra for sheep milk feta...it's worth it!)

You know who else I felt was overrated? Nirvana.... and of course the likes of Nickelback and Bon Jovi would also make the list

I didn't hate Nirvana... I just thought they were viewed above all other bands because of his death... a lot of bands from that era were much better in my opinion... Rage, Tool, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden and even the first 2 STP albums

Why would you set feta on fire? Saganaki is usually made with kefalotyri cheese. I could imagine the brine from feta would reek if you fired it.

I like feta cheese, just curious how it would taste like in an omelet..
