they are from the original demos. they didn't make the first album somehow.

they eventually were released after the band broke up but somewhere i have the staticky leaked demos i ripped off the internet when i was a young punk. i still remember how (frank)ing excited i was for the album when i first heard the demos.

My plan was to boycott the band because I was so angry at the Rage breakup but obviously I couldn't stay away

I knew they were gonna be good and the boycott lasted about halfway through listening to Cochise when it was released

oh, man. they premiered the song with a video back when they did that kind of thing and i had just had 3 wisdom teeth pulled all at the same time so my mouth was jammed with bloody gauze and i was all drugged up. i remember trying to keep my head up long enough for the video to come on and then being so excited that i couldn't pass out if i wanted to once it started. the (frank)ing fireworks.

so there i was, all hyped up but i couldn't do or say anything about it lol.

As good as that song was, I'm not even sure it cracks their top 10 looking back at their catalog

no, but it was so powerful for a debut song that neither bands' hardcore fans could deny it. it came in like a wrecking ball.

Absolutely... I'm not taking anything away from that song but just pointing out how awesome the rest of it was

Just had my first sip of Redemption, pretty good stuff... I've never really had any Rye/Bourbon I didn't like, it's definitely up there though

And going back to the overrated band list, it wouldn't feel right leaving Limp Bizkit off that list!

i'll toss these in just in case anyone's interested. i think one was a single, but these are the first 2 tracks on chris' last solo album. i loved the whole album but these were probably my favorite 2 tracks.
