Yes....I gave all three payouts to the local Victoria Food Bank, will provide receipt when I have time.

Good . I do understand that using your phone to take a picture of a receipt and posting it is very time consuming. I don't want to cut into any of your fishing or golfing time.

We know what your top 10 priorities are
1. Making fun of Benning
2 making fun of Canucks
3Golfing
4Fishing
5Benning bashing
6Canucks Bashing
7 Posting funny photos of Benning
8 Deciding which alt to use
9Telling everyone they are idiots
10Telling everyone how rich you are

There ya go champ we fully understand that taking two minutes to take a photo is time consuming

That can’t happen. How can Ferland and Pod be on the same roster? Ferland won’t make it through next season without another head injury and that will end it.
- bloatedmosquito

Ya, I know that can't happen, it's the joke of wanting your cake and eating it too.

If Ferland stays healthy, they could conceivably play on the same roster. Sven was fine this year.

I found this in my email inbox but I'll have to search for the actual receipt from the MustardSeed Society. I gave $200 just to make it an even amount.

Priorities man, golfing, fishing and making fun of Benning are far more important than satisfying your curiosities

It's not coming out of my pocket so I don't really care as you're only allowed so many buyouts but at the end of the day it's about freeing up cap space with whatever means available to you.

I don't know if you have a subscription to "The Athletic" but Drance has a good piece on the Canucks situation and he breaks it down really well.

"Drance: A flat cap, inefficient contracts will delay Canucks’ window to contend"

Right away it says in the long run anyways.

Then there's this.

Of course, the signing of new contracts is only one half of the equation, and it’s the other half — the management of pre-existing contracts — that is going to cause the Canucks some serious trouble.

Weird, almost as if another writer thinks we have cap issues.

You probably should have went to school and made something of yourself instead installing modems for 30K a year, you could've helped more people

He's a hack that hates the Canucks and doesn't understand basic math. How many times do you need to be told they will be compliant, you clown.

Actually I am the one that has built the towers so you whiney bastards could watch TV and have internet. I am the one that pulled the fiber lines through the snowy train yards from east Vancouver to North Rd, so you could have fast high speed.

So every day you look in the mirror and see that ugly puss of yours you should be getting down on one knee and saying Thanks Vantel because of you I can have another day of meaningless trolling people . You are a Cable God "

31 teams are compliant within the rules, therefore, not one team has cap issues, why can't people understand this

Trading Boeser to keep Toffoli is indictative of Benning's ineffectual management and pro scouting. After drafting, he sucks at every aspect of the job including choosing a coach.

Humorous as some here have him penciled in for next season. Takes Baer dropping out just to get a camp invite.
We have a decent group of prospects but not as deep as some think IMO.

- bloatedmosquito

Nobody has Lind penciled in. The season after has been pointed out as his time.

Canucks need Boeser and Toffoli in order to take the next step.

I would want a huge return back for Boeser which I doubt Benning could accomplish.

McDavid, Eichel, Marner, Rantanen, Aho, Mathews, Makar, Pettersson is the list of players who have put up better ppg than Boeser since he's been drafted.

I might of missed someone but it's a very short list.

Minnesota really really needed a guy like Judd Brackett, their drafting has been sub-par for many years. He'll definitely help them in that regard and I imagine they gave him some sort of autonomy.
