spoken like someone who's never seen someone experience alcoholism or experienced it themselves. way to be ignorant.
do you also blame people who suffer from depression.....i mean nobody put those bad thoughts in their heads, those people thought those thoughts all by themselves.
try learning about alcoholism before making ignorant and uninformed statements about it. - sensarmy_11

I tend to believe none of those statements is true given I follow his instagram account and never seen him like or repost anything political, never heard him give a single opinion on politics or immigration (in this city we would’ve heard about it) and there was no hockey going on during the BLM protests this year. The league had shut down before that bumhole choked out George Floyd for nine straight minutes, looking on with impunity at a recording camera. So your timeline makes no sense and raises suspicion of all the claims you have made.

My only issue is that I don't think he should be given an award for recovering from alcoholism. I would say the same about anyone recovering from depression. |

So let’s boil it down for the voters.
So one guy beat alcoholism and another beat cancer

I have a feeling LA is going to take him.
I'd be fine with Stutzle or Byfield at the #3 spot
I still think Drysdale makes sense at #5
bring in a potential top notch forward and a D that will solidify our D core.
Although, I would still love if somehow we could trade some kind of package to move up and also get Rossi |

Detroit taks Rossi or Perfetti IMO,
My gut say's Perfetti, don't know why thouhgh.
Edit: Something about taking Byfiled and Rossi as the biggest and smallest (height) iat 3 and 5 just seems right to me. |

If they went with Byfield and Rossi, I'd be fine with that. But I just think Drysdale works perfectly into the line up and having a future D core of Chabot, Drysdale and Brannstrom just starting to peak in the next 3-5 years.
We could have one of the top D cores in the league moving forward and still have tons of top en talent prospects.
My bigger concern is keeping all these guys long term. other than Chabot, we really seem to be scared to commit long term contracts. |

Not sure about the gold hints actually happening on the new Home jersey, but I (frank)ing love it. Away jersey is a beauty too.
Love the update on the 2D logo as well. If this is anything like what the jerseys could look like I might just have to buy one with Stutzle’s name on it - optimus-reim

I think he has the ceiling to play GREAT hockey. His motor is amazing and playmaking could make a guy like Batherson or another hit 30 goals easily |

I don’t think is that. Yesterday I see an article and revealed the new one. It’s the old 2D but the cape have the thin in gold. After in the day, I see a tweet of a picture of a T-shirt at Giants tigers with the same logo with the cape in thin gold. And what I understand the Jersey have not 2 line red, it’s a larger one in the forearm - Crosside
They are just concepts made by fans and or graphic designers to my knowledge.
Nothing is legitimate that comes out but this I think gives a very similar look to what it could be.
As I mentioned in my original post “if this looks anything like what they will look like”.
Just figured the remodel/rebranding needed a little more advertising as I believe the new look will be a lot more bolder, albeit not to certain about the gold hints.
Very excited and just wanted to share my excitement for the new look. |

those look very "ECHL"ish - sensarmy_11
https://www.bardown.com/g...concept-designs-1.1282338
Also, they were made back in March of 2019 so the accuracy is not there when compared to what the leak provided just recently.
Again, just wanted to provide a visual as to what the new-old rebranding will potentially look like.
Either way I’m ready to invest in some Sens merch when they unveil the new stuff. |

The new 2D logo won't come with the cape. I think the cape looks ugly.

I must admit I have preference on the 2nd logo that is beside the new Away jersey. Looks sharp but as mentioned before has a “little league” feel to it due to the graphic designer not having the tools or resources that Ottawa has (I am not glorifying Melnyk here).
I think Spatso put it best months ago when he stated that even at 5 and 6, ie worst case scenario, we are getting one of Rossi/Perfetti and Drysdale. I think greed wants this pick to be the above all best player to come out of the draft.
I’ve never seen Dorion more delighted than his post lottery draft interview with Freidman.
At 3 we get either Byfield or Stutzle, I have been advocating for Stutzle in Ottawa for almost half a year, and at 5 I think it’s a waste on Drysdale.
If Rossi is available I think he is the way to go.
Raymond is a perimeter player and while he has obscene skill and a wicked shot I think that Rossi is more dangerous.
He is feisty, a two way forward, jaw dropping skill, hardworking and his desire to win is almost on the same level as Stutzle.
My bias against Raymond in Ottawa stems from Nylander. It gets to a point where it’s amazing to watch but if he just did the little things that Rossi does he could be legendary.
Nothing worse than watching a player shy away from doing something special because he is a perimeter player. I feel like you should acknowledge, respect and appreciate a “star” on your team, not always wonder or question what could have been. With Rossi I think that conversation changes from “why would he not take the check and keep the puck for one extra second so that he could pass over to the guy who would have became open???” to something more along the lines of “HOLY poop HOW DID HE DO THAT *watches replay 36215 times*”.
I know nothing, but I believe Stutzle and Rossi are going to have blessed careers. |

I start to lean if LA take Stutzle, I would want to draft the Sweden duo Raymond and Holtz. I don’t care about Rossi but I think I pick Quinn before him |

Ottawa needs good solid Ds. They need Ds that will win puck battles, hit people, solid in front of net, make a good first pass & put the fear of God in the opposing players. We already have too many Chabot type Ds (Brannstrom, Wolanin). Whey draft Drysdale. |

I agree. Most physical, shut-down Dmen are more likely found deeper into the draft and will need a few years of development. Sens need to use 1st round picks for skilled forwards. Lots of chances to draft physical Dmen in the second round and beyond. |

Yup this. No one put the drinks in Bobby's hands, he grabbed those himself. You aren't born an alcoholic, you choose to be one. And now he gets rewarded for getting out of the situation he put himself in. Nice work world. - Leichs
