not sure how I've misunderstood this for the past month.. but the remaining 8 teams to enter the lottery for 1st overall.. do not have equal odds of winning. Idk how I missed this. So out of the teams that lose the play-in rounds.. the teams ranked lower in the standings will have the highest odds. I can deal with that. Idk why I thought all 8 had 12.5% chance..

I for one am happy to see the play-in games will be played throughout the days.. so I only have to stay up until 1 for 1 game, while being able to watch the other 4 through the day.

anyone else think the Rangers could go on a run here? Very good goalie, Zib, Kreider, and Panerin.. Strome, Buch.. Trouba, Fox, Deangelo. Meh, maybe i'm just getting antsy. Carolina has a good defense, but Mrazek and Reimer in goal doesn't inspire confidence.

It's ironic that Ruff had to leave the Rangers to join the Devils so he will be missing the playoff/play-in and doing nothing here. Could have at least finished the season with them and had some fun because he's not likely to see the playoffs here any time soon.

I was about to make fun of them naming their team after a mythological creature.. Then remembered we're the same thing lol. Whats weird about Kraken is Idk if its plural or singular.. Is it the Kraken, like the single creature.. Or multiple Kraken..like each player is a Kraken like each devils player is a devil..
