You seem to confuse rioters with protestors. Defacing buildings with grafitti, setting buildings on fire, throwing frozen water bottles or paint filled ballons at police is not "protesting peacefully".
When every business on the street has their doors and windows covered with plywood it's not to protect their property from peaceful protesters. It's to try and protect it from the nightly appearance of the rioters.
Maybe the peaceful protesters should rise up and start cracking some heads of these rioting punks, because they are polluting the message with their violence and destruction.

I can’t answer the second part Mike because I am unfamiliar with the laws for that and would just be guessing. Wolfe did address that though and state if a crime occurs on their jurisdiction (federal property) they are allowed to pursue off property to continue investigation or apprehend criminal. He stated they were within their right so it would probably have to go to a court to determine if he was wrong

Does that matter? He said "protestors", as if they are all standing there peacefully chanting slogans and holding signs. Seeing the grafitti every where and every bit of glass covered like a hurricane is coming tells anyone that not all are simply protestors, there are rioters in the mix. My reply has nothing to do with whether the Feds should be there or not, it was only to point out his calling them all "protestors", as if they are all innocent victims, when it's obvious that there is also a criminal element involved.

this, for one, isn't true. The back half of your story should include that he was informed of his Miranda rights, was asked to waive them (he refused) and he was released. The individual in the video we are discussing did indeed receive his due process rights. It's the circumstances of his arrest that are dubious.
