I can’t answer the second part Mike because I am unfamiliar with the laws for that and would just be guessing. Wolfe did address that though and state if a crime occurs on their jurisdiction (federal property) they are allowed to pursue off property to continue investigation or apprehend criminal. He stated they were within their right so it would probably have to go to a court to determine if he was wrong

I respect the police and understand they have a challenging occupation. Not all cops are bad. On the other hand, not all protesters are bad. Much of the talk on here seems to take the intellectually lazy stance that all protesters are antifa and are sacking the cities like the Huns. While a convenient fiction for those of certain political persuasions, these do nothing to solve or discuss the problem.

Too often, posters (and people) take short cuts and over simplify things to support their opinions through straw man arguments. A football player takes a knee and apparently hates the Troops. All protesters are looters. The cities are over run and we must send in unmarked but heavily armed men to kidnap them. A man being arrested is shot- he had it coming.

So let me say this. I really hope Fat Tony is a good cop and treats all citizens with respect. He probably does. My comment was that certain people on here make over generalizations along with others, and these blend together to make an attitude that I find disturbing.

How would you react to a teacher coming on here and making fun of their students and talking about behaving like the character in Bad Teacher? Or a restaurant owner talking about how they water down drinks and use substandard food in their chef specials?

I agree. I voted against Obama the second time. Mostly because of how he handled the Healthcare situation. He clearly didn't deserve a second term, in my opinion. Mitt Romney didn't thrill me either, but he was the better of two realistic options. Joe Biden has dementia, and is surrounded by nut-jobs. I can't, in good conscience, vote for a man showing such obvious signs of declining mental faculties. Since I don't buy into the media poop-storm, I understand that Trump isn't even half as bad as they portray him to be. He's gross, arrogant, thin-skinned, with a repulsive demeanor at times, but....he's not going to buy into this cultural marxism, disguised as civil rights, and start tearing our institutions apart.

The reason I respect Tony's thoughts are, he's living the walk. I value his knowledge.

I put myself in his shoes, what police officer would be OK with defunding the police? Their jobs are hard enough.

You should understand what defunding the police means. It means getting health and human services people taking homeless to shelters, dealing with spousal abuse situations when the wife wont press charges, and dealing with people with mental issues, all things that cops do not want to deal with.
